The packaging machine equipment is installed in place. During the installation of mechanical equipment, the mechanical equipment should be hoisted with lifting equipment and placed accurately in the specified position. In this process, in order to ensure the quality of installation, it is required that there should be a dedicated person to direct the lifting, and the equipment should be placed in the specified position gently and at an accurate angle. In order to further reduce the damage to the equipment, wrapping paper or packaging bags can also be used to protect the equipment.

 

Do a good job of aligning the mechanical equipment. After the mechanical equipment is installed in place, the staff should do a good job of aligning the equipment. During the installation process, although the author used a crane to place the equipment within the allowed range, the position was not accurate. Therefore, the staff should do a good job of aligning the equipment. Generally speaking, there are two main alignment methods, namely boundary dimension alignment and level alignment. Among them, level alignment is mainly to ensure that the mechanical equipment can be installed and used on a horizontal plane and to ensure the equipment use environment. Boundary dimension alignment mainly refers to installing mechanical equipment within a specified range or position.

 

After ensuring the installation position, the mechanical equipment should be firmly fixed to the concrete foundation with bolts and other fasteners, and the various components of the equipment should be fixed to ensure that the mechanical equipment meets the conditions for the initial adjustment. After completing the above work, the staff should make the initial adjustment to the mechanical equipment, including: height adjustment of the mechanical equipment, horizontal adjustment of the mechanical equipment, etc.
