Weighing and packaging machine is suitable for automatic metering and packaging of powder materials such as milk powder, coffee powder, condiments, additives, etc. Weighing and packaging machine can only be used for a long time as long as it adheres to the correct operation process.
- Before use, please remove the two screws on the bottom plate.
- Plug in the power supply, turn on the switch on the side of the machine, the indicator light on the computer control panel will light up, the machine will issue a "beep-" prompt sound, press the discharge key, and the machine will automatically reset to standby state.
- Pour the granular material to be packaged into the barrel, and press the plus/minus key on the control panel to set the packaging weight you need.
- Set the speed control panel to "fast, medium, slow" to select the speed you need.
- After the speed is selected, press the start key on the control panel, the machine enters the fully automatic state, and automatically continues the quantitative packaging.
- When the weighing and packaging machine starts to package the particles, it needs to be paused or the material has been packaged. You can press the stop key to put the machine in a stop standby state.
- The quantity of quantitative packaging will be displayed in the "Quantity" column. If you need to clear the displayed value, you can press the reset key or restart the machine.
- When removing the material outside the weighing packaging machine, please press and hold the discharge key for 5 seconds and the machine will enter the discharge state.
